How to set up two-factor authentication for your Screendesk account.

This feature is available on the Pro Sync plan.

To enable two-factor authentication:

  1. Click on personal settings in the sidebar.

  2. Click on enable two-factor authentication.

  3. Make sure to save your backup codes somewhere safe.

  4. Download the authy app from Twilio by scanning the QR code.

  5. Verify it.

Please note that you can disable two-factor authentication from personal settings -> security tab too.
