User roles and permissions

Understand workspace roles and what each role can do

Screendesk has 5 workspace roles:

  • Owner: created the workspace. Full access. Can transfer ownership.

  • Admin: full access, including user management and billing.

  • Editor: can edit and delete team recordings.

  • Member: can request and send recordings, and share them with teammates.

  • Watch Only: can view recordings only.

Role availability
