Understand workspace roles and what each role can do
Screendesk has 5 workspace roles:
Owner: created the workspace. Full access. Can transfer ownership.
Admin: full access, including user management and billing.
Editor: can edit and delete team recordings.
Member: can request and send recordings, and share them with teammates.
Watch Only: can view recordings only.
Some roles depend on your plan:

Pro and Enterprise

If you're on a Free or Plus plan and need Editor or Watch Only, upgrade to Pro or Enterprise.

Watch Only seats are included in the Pro and Enterprise plans at no extra cost. You can invite unlimited Watch Only users.
