# User roles and permissions

Screendesk has 5 workspace roles:

* **Owner**: created the workspace. Full access. Can transfer ownership.
* **Admin**: full access, including user management and billing.
* **Editor**: can edit and delete team recordings.
* **Member**: can request and send recordings, and share them with teammates.
* **Watch Only**: can view recordings only.

### Role availability

Some roles depend on your plan:

| Editor     | Pro and Enterprise |
| Watch Only | Pro and Enterprise |

If you're on a Free or Plus plan and need **Editor** or **Watch Only**, upgrade to **Pro** or **Enterprise**.
